Turning Point Counseling and Consulting
Lisa is the founder and CEO of Turning Point Counseling and Consulting, a group therapy practice in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Turning Point Counseling and Consulting provides in person and teletherapy outpatient counseling to the local area, and teletherapy services across Virginia. The practice specialize in trauma informed care, and many of our therapists are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as other modalities that are evidence based. Over the years, the practice has forged partnerships with a variety of organizations in our community. We accept most insurances, and have helped thousands of clients live better lives.
Helping therapists
I believe that therapists can do their best work when they are supported, encouraged and empowered. That is why I created the Clinician Connection Conference, and also provide coaching to group practice owners, and EMDR consultation. Therapists that are supported and empowered can, and do make lasting changes in their community.
